What you’ll want for this exercise:
- a piece of paper
- Pompom, Felt, Colored Foam, Construction Paper, or Markers
- 5 minutes (either times by phone or by kitchen clacker)
What you’re going to do with these items is entirely up to you but you only have five minutes to do this task. Maybe draw big eyes and stick them to the pompom and cut out some feet from the foam for a fun desk buddy? You could ignore all the tools and draw a nice doodle in the corner of the construction paper and continue through out the week for five minutes and have a huge mural to enjoy on your fridge later.
Point of this entire practice is to show you the difference between joy levels. Sometimes a cute googly puff (wupple or weepul) is all you need for a mood improver. Where as a mandela or mural will give you confidence and enjoyment on a level of neverending potentials.

Either way putting aside a moment to just take a break can give you boundless improvement you would have never noticed otherwise.
